Loja Alphaworld importance to the quality of product and services, so before sending the parcel out, we have to check the product twice again and packaging by ourselves. If for any reason you are not content with your order, we gladly accept returns and exchanges within 3 days from the date of shipment and in new, unused condition with original packaging.
You must contact us at Info@xxxxxxxxxxxx.com prior to return/exchange products to us. We will not process your refund or exchange request without early notification. Please refer to Return & Exchange for the terms as following:
1. Order Cancelation
We offer full refund if the order is cancelled within 24 hours of your purchase. You should contact us at immediately once you decide to cancel the order. For orders cancelled after 24 hours of purchase but have not been shipped, we will offer partial refund after charging a 50% cancellation fee. We will not accept order cancellation request if the orders have been shipped.
2. Exchange
We will accept exchanges for a wrong style, size or color. Because of high cost in international shipping, we will ship the correct one in your next order shipment. Please contact our customer support before sending the products back.
3. How to deal with, if the item is defective
We are sorry that the item is defective, and we will actively deal with such incidents. We also need your help.
- If the item is defective, please notify us within 3 days of delivery.
- Please shoot the picture of the item is defective, and then send the picture to us by email, so that I could submit them to our Technical Director, after she check and agree, we will add the news to your next order for free.
- If we could not Identification. All items must be returned in their original condition, in order to qualify for a refund or exchange of goods. The buyer is responsible for all shipping costs incurred. But in order to compensation for the loss of customers, through our assessment, we will give your some more discounts on the next order.
4. Promotions
Some items purchased through special promotions may be final sale, and therefore not eligible for exchanges or returns.
5. Shipping
All orders within 7 to 10 business days. Once its been shipped out, You will receive a tracking number via E-mail automatically.
Items that Are in BACK ORDER may take at least 3 weeks to ship out.
If you in Need of your items by a certain date, and want to confirm if product is in stock please contact our office notifying us your due date.

US Orders
- USPS First class mail (7 to 10 business days)
- USPS Priority Mail (2-3 business days)
- USPS Express mail (Guaranteed in 2 business days, 1 business day in most cases)
Must call to Express or prioritize order 954-573-7853 and shipping cost would be handled by buyer.

International and Canadian Orders
- USPS First class mail (14-30 business days). Please keep in mind that all International First Class Mail orders are not traceable. If you wish to extend your shipping method please call or email us to take care of the difference
- USPS Priority mail (6-21 business days)
- USPS Express Mail (5-10 business days)
*All international packages may be processed through customs regulations which may cause a slight delay with processing times.
**Once a package has left our facilities any possible delays in the delivery of your package are responsibility of USPS.
